Customer supplied diamonds or gemstones will be examined for any risk during the manufacturing process, and we will contact you and explain our concerns, then will decide how to proceed.

Shipping

We use signature required on delivery and we recommend that when you ship your jewelry and loose stones to use the same method. Should there be a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by email or by phone as soon as possible.if your situation requires special consideration we will be glad to work with you to find the solution that is perfect for you.
